PICTURE DAY
21 JUNE 2008
Our Dance Photographers will be available at the Dance Centre on Saturday June 21, 2008 (see schedule below) to take individual and group pictures of our dancers in costume. Order forms indicating the various packages available to you are on the information desk in the reception area. You will need to bring this order form with you on picture day and present it to the photographer's representative. Please make sure it is filled out completely. Even if you do not wish to have an individual picture taken, please be present for the group photo, as we love to showcase our dancers!
Please be on time for your pictures, so we can stay on target for all of our classes. Come prepared - check out Guidelines at the bottom of this page.

EVEN IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL PHOTO TAKEN, PLEASE BE PRESENT AT YOUR SCHEDULED TIME(S) FOR GROUP PHOTOS.
- GUIDELINES
- Dancers should arrive dressed in their costumes, according to the schedule, with hair and make-up done.
- Please wear your hair up and off your face in a bun or braid, as pictures come out best when your face can be clearly seen.
- Make-up should be light, but visible so your face is not washed-out by the flash.
- All dancers are expected to wear make-up/lipstick for group photos.
- Group shots will usually be taken first.
- Generally, once your group shot is taken, you will line-up for individuals.
- We will call you for individuals before your group shot.. if time permits.
- After photos have been taken, dancers may either leave or change into their next costume.
- We request that only 1 person per dancer be present (if dancer is under 18) on picture day.
- Other than dancers, no one will be allowed into the dance room during pictures.
- NO FOOD OR DRINK is allowed on picture day, for obvious reasons!!
- Dancers must have the proper tights and shoes for their pictures!
- Make sure all straps on costumes are properly sewn (if necessary).
- Please take all of your belonings with you!! Especially pieces of your costumes!
- We will not be responsible for retrieving pieces of your costumes, shoes, tights, etc..
- SMILE AND ENJOY YOUR PICTURE DAY!
PLEASE BE ON TIME!! IT'S A LONG DAY FOR ALL OF US!!
